This broccoli and chicken salad is one I made for the first time just after Christmas when we had enough turkey and home-baked ham to feed a small army! Add some rice and it’s the perfect leftover salad for the kids lunch boxes: nutritious and easy. Ingredients: - Cut broccoli - Cubed leftover cooked chicken - Cubed leftover ham - Peas – cooked and cooled I’m sure there were some proportions but as I can’t find the original recipe, I now make it with what is left in the fridge.
